In Stock now	On Road Aluminium Camper Trailer -  Road Runner    The On Road Road Runner is an extremely lightweight (approx. 350kg.) camper, especially suited for smaller sedans. The camper is able to be pushed around by hand.  This makes it easy to position and it is unnecessary to back the camper with your car if this is a problem for you.  It has all you need - spare tyre, jockey wheel, stabiliser leg, aluminium bench -  being an on road camper, you will probably be staying in caravan parks or the like.  The tent can be erected by one person and up in 5 minutes - a very important feature of the camper is how easy the tent is to erect.  The camper has a king size bed with a removable privacy curtain, storage pockets and inside flaps on the windows around the bed so you don't have to get out of bed to zip up the windows if it starts raining or gets too windy.  The tent area measures 2.3 metres x 2.1 metres, providing further sleeping area.  Screened air vents on the drop from the bed provide air circulation and access to the side of the trailer. The windows are part PVC so that the window flaps don't have to be all the way down when it's raining.  The annex is attached by zip and velcro along the length of the trailer and measures 3.8 metres x 2.4metres.  The tail gate swings out under the annex and the aluminium bench slots on providing a kitchen/preparation area.  We use aluminium poles and spreader bars. Light but strong - making it easy to lift the whole bag of poles out of the trailer.  Access to the trailer is via the gas lifted bed base, hatches under the bed or tail gate. An option we love for the Road Runner is a rear fold tent (rather than a side fold tent) - this means you don't have to climb over your partner to get in and out of bed. Very handy for those who need to get out of bed during the night, whether it be to attend to children or visit the amenities block.  The tent's high walls around the bed create an especially spacious area. This model has all the features listed above, except the trailer has a drop down tail gate instead of a swing out and the aluminium bench is attached to the side of the trailer so that it is under the annex.  The ON ROAD Road Runner is especially suited for first time campers, older people, ladies, campers with smaller cars, anyone not intending to go off the bitumen, and simply those who don't want to spend too much time erecting and packing up the tent on their camper. More photo's - Light Off Road	LIGHT OFF ROAD Camper Trailer - The Cadet  The Cadet Light Off Road is our most popular and affordable aluminium camper. The light off road camper is suited to those who wish to go off the bitumen but are not intending to go bush bashing or 4 wheel driving or to the Cape for instance.  It will take you to the beach, National Parks and Fraser Island if you so desire.  Again, the feature is its light weight, making towing and manoeuvring so much easier and cheaper on fuel.  NO RUST, NO PAINT and other attributes of aluminium make it the ideal choice, especially if you intend on going to the beach.  The Cadet has a great streamlined look in high polish propeller plate aluminium, with built up sides to store the jerry cans, gas bottles and other gear.  LED lights with bump protection, 65 litre water tank, wind down stabiliser legs, 3 new 14" tyres and a tail gate kitchen box incorporating the pump water tap are all standard.  The trailer construction incorporates a large storage box.  Your choice of a quality 14oz rip stop canvas 9' or 12' side fold tent completes the camper trailer.  Midge proof screens, large windows, 2 doors in tent, part PVC windows for rainy days, inside zip up window flaps, storage pockets, strong PVC sewn in tent floor, screened air vents on the drop from the bed, comfortable flat rungs on the aluminium bed ladder. The annex roof is attached by a zip and velcro, and the annex is enclosed with 3 piece walls and velcro attached annex floor. The tent measures 2.3 metres x 2.7 metres (2.3 metres x 3.6 metres for 12' tent). The annex measures 2.4 metres x 4.4 metres (2.4 metres x 5.3 metres for the 12' tent). Access to the trailer is via the gas lifted bed base, hatches under the bed or tail gate. A 9' rear fold tent is an option for those campers who don't want to climb over their partner to get in and out of bed.  The tent's high walls around the bed create an especially spacious area.  This model would have a drop down tail gate instead of swing out and the aluminium bench is attached to the side of the trailer so that it is under the annex.  In this case a slide out kitchen box may be added for extra kitchen use.
